Diane is a second generation Realtor that has been helping people buy and sell their homes since 2002. She enjoys helping first time home buyers find their first home as well as working with people who want to sell and "right-size". Diane has 3 grown sons and 4 grandsons that also live in Louisville.

Emily Pfeifer Kidd is a Louisville native of almost 30 years and a newly licensed real estate agent. Emily’s background stems from a Bachelors in Mathematics, which enforces her detail oriented nature coupled with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Emily has spent majority of her professional career as a Data Analyst, but she has been a homebuyer twice. Each time, she’s found excitement and possibilities in the real estate process, which she hopes to instill in future clients. Emily also spent time working at a local community center where she stumbled upon a love of connecting with people; when you feel support and understanding from the people around you, it is easy to feel at home. Emily enjoys working with data, but there’s a balance to be found between data and personal connection - which is where real estate converges. Outside of her professional career, Emily can be found with her husband and daughter, enjoying activities at the park, the Zoo, or Trader Joe’s!

Marketing through social media and all the applications, websites, and links is one of the biggest challenges for me in real estate. Please don't judge the "page by its cover", as just because some realtors don't have fancy websites and Facebook pages, doesn't mean they aren't good at real estate! :)

I've invested in real estate property for over 30 years. In 2021, I decided to make it a career. It is a rewarding profession as it involves a great deal of time to fulfill people's next chapter in their lives. Each transaction and client is different and must be recognized as such and not just another paycheck.
